One of my goals for my stay in Canada is to do at least some music-making. I’m so swamped in Yokohama that I rarely pick up my guitars. I didn’t count on being quite as busy here, but I’m posting this publicly in the hopes that declaring my intent will make things happen.
I’m also hoping to learn a little bit about sequencing, MIDI, and keyboard-based composition, so I’ve bought a little $100 keyboad/MIDI controller. Again, I’m declaring my intent here in the hopes that I’ll follow up so I don’t look like a flake. We’ll see. If all goes well, expect some updates here or in the update podcast.
