Oblique Weeks 10, 11 and Performance

I regret I wasn’t able to write updates for the last two weeks of rehearsal, including Production Week, but aside from being very crunched for time, we also didn’t take a lot of photos. A lot of the show was worked out on paper, and maybe rehearsed once or twice, but I don’t think we had the whole ensemble there even one time in the week leading up to production week, so there weren’t a lot of photos, and there wasn’t a lot of rehearsal. As I said, we figured a lot out on paper.

We also improvised a couple of the missing scenes with the people who were there, and did costume and props runs, and finished sewing the curtain monster. But we really didn’t rehearse until Tuesday of production week, which is when we put everything together.

Luckily, everyone in this ensemble is extremely talented, and we pulled everything together as you can see from the photos?

Mauricio Mireles is responsible for the production photos, since I was on stage.

The show is over, but if you missed it, you can still see it!
